manages and controls all marine
services activities in Persian Golf,
Oman Sea and Caspian Sea and will
be ready to present the services
of carrying cargo and passenger,
training the marine operation, saving
in the sea, bed science and etc.
and the main activities of this
unit are being performed by the
companies under the coverage of
Shafagh Khavaran Co. in the south
of the country and Abi Akhazar Co.
in the north of the country.

The development unit presents the
technical and engineering and developmental
services to the other units of the
company and study the new designs
of the company in the developmental
affairs, estimate the reconstruction
costs, repairs and supervise on
the construction and repairs affairs.
